The established check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. To check in after 9:00 p.m., contact reception.
The departure time will be at 10:00 a.m.
If the client wishes to enter or leave the apartment outside the stipulated hours, he must consult with the reception of APARTAMENTS ELVIRA to agree with the client a change of schedule, if possible. APARTAMENTS ELVIRA reserves the right to make said change.
Capacity:
The client must inform APARTAMENTS ELVIRA of the total number of people who will occupy the apartment and therefore only these people will be able to use it depending on the maximum capacity of each apartment.
It will not be allowed to exceed the number of people agreed in the reservation and the number of guests staying in the apartments may not exceed the capacity of each of them, except for children under two years of age.
If the client intends to accommodate more people in the accommodation than those contracted, he must request it from the APARTAMENTS ELVIRA staff and the latter may refuse to do so or demand payment of an additional surcharge.
In case of non-compliance, APARTAMENTS ELVIRA reserves the right to request the abandonment of the apartment immediately and the guest will not have the right to request any type of compensation or refund.
ID:
When making the reservation, you must provide your name, ID, telephone number and email.
The DNI of all the people staying must also be provided at the time of arrival at the apartment in order to complete the guest registration sheet.

Respect the rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
The client and his companions must behave in a civic manner and respecting the rules of coexistence. In the event that the general rules of coexistence are not complied with, APARTAMENTS ELVIRA will have the right to demand the eviction of the apartment without any compensation.
Responsibilities:
APARTAMENTS ELVIRA is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from the use made by the client during their stay in the apartment, including damages, injuries, losses due to theft, fire or criminal activity. In the event that during the client's stay in the apartment there is a breakdown unrelated to misuse by the client and it makes their stay in it impossible, APARTAMENTS ELVIRA will take care of fixing it as soon as possible, after notifying the client. . If for any reason the problem cannot be fixed immediately, APARTAMENTS ELVIRA will look for another apartment for the client with the same characteristics.
We ask that any incident that occurred during your stay be reported to APARTAMENTS ELVIRA as soon as possible for its correction if necessary.
All clients and guests they may have explicitly declare that they will use the apartment at their own risk and exempt APARTAMENTS ELVIRA from any type of compensation.
Clients are responsible for all damages and alterations to the rented apartment or furnishings, to the extent that signs of wear and tear from normal use are exceeded.
APARTAMENTS ELVIRA will deliver the apartment to its clients in perfect conditions of use and cleanliness, it is the client's responsibility that upon leaving the apartment, it is left in logical conditions of cleanliness and order. In the event that the apartment is delivered in unreasonable conditions, APARTAMENTS ELVIRA reserves the right to charge an extra fee equivalent to two hours of cleaning service, which will be deducted from the deposit.
APARTAMENTS ELVIRA will not be responsible for the loss of any object or belonging by the client.
APARTAMENTS ELVIRA reserves the right, due to force majeure (fire, flood, theft...) to change the apartment reserved by the client for another of the same or higher category.
Taxes
VAT: Reservations have a 10% surcharge, this tax is included in the total invoice of the reservation.
TOURIST TAX: All reservations will have a surcharge of €1 per person and night to be paid on arrival.
Bail
At the time of entry, €100 will be charged to the credit card as a deposit. Once confirmed that there are no damages in the apartment, this amount will be refunded to the card.
If said deposit is not paid, the owner or intermediary reserves the right to prohibit entry to the accommodation, and may lead to the termination of the contract.
Any breach of the aforementioned terms and conditions will grant the owner of APARTAMENTS ELVIRA the power to demand the immediate abandonment of the accommodation and will determine the termination of the contract, without the client being able to request compensation or compensation of any kind for the execution of this measure. .

PAYMENT POLICY:
Apartments Elvira accepts American express, Mastercard and Visa, and reserves the right to pre-authorize your card before entry.
The total payment of the reservation will be made through the card that you have provided, 7 days before arrival in low season, and 15 days before in high season.
The tourist tax is not included in the total amount of the reservation, it must be paid upon arrival at the apartments(check-in).

The apartments have everything you need to spend a few days like at home. They consist of 60 m2 with two bedrooms, dining room, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen and balcony facing the sea, and are designed for a maximum of 6 people.
The building has five interior studios of 25 m2, very cozy, ideal for two people or as a complement to an apartment. They consist of a living room-bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
